Refund policy

  • Damaged or Faulty Items.   Report within 48 hours of delivery for damaged items. Include photos (except for jewelry). We will confirm if a return is needed.
  • Faulty or incomplete goods must be reported within 72 hours.
  • For overseas orders, we will offer a full refund instead of replacing.
  • Incorrect Items;   Notify us within 14 days if you receive the wrong item. 
  • Unwanted Items;   Inform us within 7 days if you wish to return an unwanted item. (Customer is responsible for return postage) NOTE; Some items are not eligible for returns. For example, makeup. soaps, scrubs, lotions, liquids, and other associated "personal" items in sealed containers or bottles. Any earrings. Any underwear.
  • Unwanted items returned will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • All items must be returned, within 30 days, in original condition and packaging and be fit for resale, to:  The Happy Moose Gift Shop, 1 Appletree Gardens, Whitley Bay, Tyne And Wear, NE25 8XS.
  • Always contact us first before returning and include your order number.
  • Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received your return. Once approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember though, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
